Domestic real estate development and private investment (PI)

PIA, established in 2009 as the parent company of various PIA affiliates, specializes in domestic real estate investment and development. Since its inception, PIA has solidified its position as a real estate investment company focusing on opportunistic/value-add investments in domestic real estate and distressed credits.

Additionally, since 2016, PIA has independently developed its capabilities in domestic real estate development and selectively engaged in domestic real estate development projects. Currently, PIA implements development projects utilizing optimal business structures such as self-development, joint development, PFV, and REF, targeting various products including residential and commercial real estate.

Investment in domestic and international companies

PIA Investment Partners, established in February 2022, is an institutional dedicated private equity fund investment company. Currently, it is undergoing the registration process as a general partner (GP).
